I gotta say, the value for money at Gia Bao Homestay was amazing! The room was huge, clean, and had everything we needed, including a water cooler that came in handy. The location was great, with a bus stop right nearby to take us to the waterfall and other attractions. The staff was super friendly, spoke English, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We even got helpful tips and assistance with our travel plans. Can't wait to come back!
Now, let's talk about breakfast delights. The only thing that could've made it better would be to have a wider variety of options.

It felt like being at my Nana's house with a beautiful, large, and spacious room that had everything we needed. The water cooler was extra fantastic as we drink a lot of water. The lovely garden and fantastic setup, along with the extra table in the shared area, were perfect. The super affordable and yummy surprise dinners were a delight. The host's kind and warm nature made our stay even better. She was always willing to help, from providing bus timetables to arranging transport. Grateful to have found this jaw-droppingly amazing homestay!

My stay at this homestay was absolutely mind-blowing! The hotel-standard service and exceptional rooms were jaw-droppingly amazing, especially considering the cheap price. The food, made with love, was absolutely delicious. The host, although not fluent in English, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us in organizing our trip back to Hanoi. The homestay's location was perfect for visiting the Ban Gioc Waterfalls, as it was just a few meters away from the local bus station. The homestay itself felt like being at my Nana's house, with its beautiful architecture and spacious rooms equipped with everything we needed, including a fantastic water cooler. The garden was lovely, and the shared area downstairs with an extra table was a great addition. The host's kindness and warmth were heartwarming, and she even cooked for us after our late arrival. She provided us with the new bus timetable for Ban Gioc and helped us with transportation to Bà bể lake. , the owner allowed us to store our luggage while we visited Ban Gioc and helped us book our bus back to Hanoi. The homestay even had adorable pets - a cute dog and cat! I am incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at this wonderful homestay.

Title: A Delightful Surprise
Oh, just the lack of a personal butler. But I managed without one, I suppose.

Great location for exploring nearby attractions. the homestay was conveniently located near the bus station, making it easy to visit the Ban Gioc Waterfalls. the host was helpful in arranging transportation and despite the language barrier, communication was made possible with the help of Google Translate.
Issues with other guests disrupted the overall experience. A large Vietnamese group was noisy, playing loud music and disturbing the peace.
